The hotel in Sultanahmet is in a prime location, just steps away from the Blue Mosque and close to the center. Cleanliness and hotel facilities exceeded expectations, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Everything was fantastic, no negatives to mention.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent room service and tours/ticket assistance. the breakfast included in my stay was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

In terms of improvements, I would suggest enhancing the toiletries provided in the rooms, as well as ensuring that all room amenities, such as the wash basin drain, are in proper working order. flexibility with checkout times could improve the overall guest experience.
