Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my stay. The elevators were problematic, with one frequently out of order and the other showing signs of disrepair. Additionally, the hotel felt quite empty and lacked a vibrant atmosphere. I rarely saw anyone enjoying the bar or restaurant. Lastly, the location made it difficult to walk anywhere safely due to the busy intersection, leaving limited options for exploration.

The rooms were spotless with great amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a minibar. The pool area is nice, and the staff is super helpful. Enjoyed the spa facilities too. The cleaning staff followed my requests perfectly. Really appreciated the safety measures like the smoke alarm and key card access.
