This hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful garden area. The staff here provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. They made special arrangements for me during my stay, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the fact that it had air conditioning and a balcony. The pool area was great, with comfortable sun loungers and beach access. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The complimentary breakfast at Wyndham Garden was excellent with a wide variety of options including muffins, croissants, cold cereals, scrambled eggs, toast, and a selection of juices and coffees/teas. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with tiled floors and a table/work area with chairs. The hotel location was convenient, within walking distance or a short taxi ride to popular tourist areas. The service at the hotel was great, with quick and efficient check-in and helpful staff who arranged a taxi for us. I would highly recommend this hotel for its value and pleasant stay experience.

The cleanliness of the facilities was top-notch, and we were impressed with the modern air conditioning system. The hotel provided a delicious buffet breakfast with plenty of options, including vegetarian choices. We also appreciated the convenient location, as it was easy to find and close to the ferry terminal to Cozumel. Parking was hassle-free, and there was even a shuttle bus available to take us to downtown Playa in just five minutes. The staff, especially Daniella, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

we had a great time exploring Playa del Carmen, and Wyndham Garden made it even better. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the 10-minute walk to the main tourist area was convenient. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, including Casa Sophia restaurant just a 5-minute walk away. The staff, especially Gabriella and Cecelia, were fantastic.

Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach club on the right and numerous wonderful restaurants in downtown area. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast had a good selection and the coffee was surprisingly good. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and a bar that is open on Saturdays.

We were also impressed with how close it was to the bustling restaurants and shops of the city. Everything was great.

Great location, close to amenities and attractions. AC, beds, and breakfast were all great. Appreciated the ice for water bottles and availability of a washing machine. Excellent value for the price.
