The value for money at this hotel was great, considering the beautiful rooms and balcony. The location was superb, just a short walk to the beach, and I enjoyed exploring the unique island of Holbox. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

What a Christmas experience! The resort was right on the beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a big bed and fresh towels provided daily. The best part was definitely the location - the resort was perfectly situated for both beach relaxation and a quick walk to downtown. Plus, the included breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruit, coffee, juice.

While the overall experience was great, there were a few downsides. The beds in our room were quite hard, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious beachfront hotel. The location was amazing, right on the beach with two beautiful pools to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering more than just a continental selection. We loved the variety of fruits, coffee, fresh juice, and the option to choose from omelettes, quesadillas, or chiquilades. The hotel also provided beach towels daily and the sunbeds were comfortable. We can't wait to come back to this paradise!

We had a great time here! The location was perfect right on the beach with two beautiful pools just steps away. We also appreciated the attentive service from the staff, who provided daily housekeeping and laundry service. The airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance were helpful too. Our room came with a balcony and a sitting area, complete with garden furniture for relaxing outside. It was great to have air conditioning, a hair dryer, and free toiletries provided as well.

This place is amazing! We highly recommend it to family and friends.

We had the most wonderful stay at this resort! The best aspects were the cleanliness of the hotel, the hotel facilities, the location close to a pretty much private beach and also close enough to decent restaurants, and the friendly staff. The hotel was spotless, and the rooms were well-maintained and beautifully decorated. We loved having access to the double swimming pools and the beach volleyball area. The location was perfect, being right next to the beach and within walking distance to downtown. And the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially Andre at the front desk who helped us with our luggage and made us feel welcome. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great value. we had an amazing time at this resort.

The rooms are well-maintained and the king bed with mosquito nets is big and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the free breakfast is delicious with a variety of fresh cheese and fruit. The hotel also offers two pools and a beach bar, providing plenty of relaxation options. Additionally, the room is equipped with a coffee maker, A/C, and a big fan.

One small negative aspect is the low water pressure in the shower.

The hotel surprised us with beautiful decorations in our room for our anniversary, exceeding our expectations. The breakfast was good and the location was excellent, just across from the beach and a short walk to town. The staff made us feel very welcome and were very attentive and helpful.
