I had the most amazing stay at this place! The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful in every way. They provided me with great tips on exploring the area and even organized transportation for me. The rooms were fantastic and felt like a home away from home - spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with everything I needed. The location was just perfect, nestled in a lovely neighborhood with beautiful parks by the East River. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near great transport links, making it easy to get around and explore the city.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring Brooklyn and NYC. It was conveniently located just two blocks away from the Water Ferry and the subway, making it easy to get around. The hotel also offered a car service for shorter distances, which was very convenient. The staff at this hotel were amazing and made me feel like family during my 8-day stay. They were always helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Additionally, the hotel was located in a lovely neighborhood with great transport links and plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the setup was magnificent. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had all the necessities for cooking. Transportation was a breeze as the hotel's location has great transport links and is on the subway. We were close to the G-line of the subway and the East Ferry, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were extra helpful and very friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout our stay.

The rooms were spacious and had a small kitchen, which was a great bonus compared to other hotels. the friendly staff was always welcoming, and the black Mercedes SUV provided a luxurious touch for local trips. the hotel was located in a great neighborhood surrounded by bars and restaurants, and it was close to both the park and subway.

The building was a bit noisy, with sounds from other guests and cars outside. Our street-facing room was a bit stuffy since we couldn't open the windows.

Very well situated hotel in Brooklyn, ideal for visiting Manhattan and other boroughs. Friendly staff, particularly Shay, Oscar, and Dwight. The rooms are very big, perfect for families. The hotel is a gem in the heart of Greenpoint, with spacious and modern rooms, including a full kitchen and sitting room. Clean rooms and good housekeeping. Plentiful coffee set in the room. Perfect location for exploring Brooklyn and NYC, with easy access to the subway and water ferry. Helpful staff, felt like family.

We had a fantastic stay at a unique hotel in this city. The shape of our room was quite unique, with a long hallway leading to a spacious and comfortable room. The thick walls and tight windows ensured that we were completely unaware of any city noise. The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful, always friendly and helpful. They provided us with great tips about the area and even organized transportation for us. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with beautiful views of Manhattan just a block away and a car service available to take us anywhere within a mile radius.

Perfect for a special birthday celebration with extended family! Loved the design details in the rooms - a mix of old and new that made it feel like home. Super clean, great location, and amazing car service within a mile. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Area was quiet and safe to walk around. Local people were extremely helpful. Restaurants had a great variety and the food market down in East River was busy and had all types of food. Beautifully done guesthouse in Greenpoint, with large rooms and a kitchenette. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at this hotel for 9 days while visiting friends in Greenpoint. The room was spacious and perfect for two friends. Loved the gym and water machine offered. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area was quiet and safe, with restaurants and a great food market nearby. Comfortable and relaxing with great amenities. Easy access to the subway and just a few stops to Manhattan and walking distance to Williamsburg. Safe neighborhood with good restaurant options.

I recently stayed at Franklin Guesthouse in Greenpoint for my honeymoon. The room was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. They were always friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of the area and recommendations. The hotel had a laid-back atmosphere and great amenities, including a car service for guests.
