The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, greeting me with a smile every day at the front desk. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with high ceilings and plenty of light sources. I was pleasantly surprised to find a kitchenette in my room, which was perfect for making tea. The bathroom was top-notch, with a separate shower and bath. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room accessories were excellent. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The rooms were spacious and had a small kitchen, which was a great bonus compared to other hotels. the friendly staff was always welcoming, and the black Mercedes SUV provided a luxurious touch for local trips. the hotel was located in a great neighborhood surrounded by bars and restaurants, and it was close to both the park and subway.

The building was a bit noisy, with sounds from other guests and cars outside. Our street-facing room was a bit stuffy since we couldn't open the windows.

The hotel is a gem in the heart of Greenpoint, with spacious and modern rooms, including a full kitchen and sitting room. Clean rooms and good housekeeping. Plentiful coffee set in the room. Perfect location for exploring Brooklyn and NYC, with easy access to the subway and water ferry. Helpful staff, felt like family.
