This place suits me perfectly, offering wi-fi, a bar/lounge, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff even helped me arrange a car service during my first stay. I recommend trying the breakfast! I'm coming back for Christmas.

I was disappointed with the breakfast quality. the salad bar was not fresh and the hot options were limited. The breakfast staff seemed grumpy, which added to the unpleasant experience. Additionally, the room service charge was unexpected and unwelcomely high when I ordered lattes that were unfortunately cold upon arrival.

The staff really excelled in friendliness and professionalism, making our stay memorable. The hotel's proximity to the market and restaurants added a lot of convenience!

Unfortunately, the breakfast options were quite limited and lacked variety. Additionally, the pool area felt overcrowded during peak hours.

had the best stay at the columbus hotel! the staff were super friendly, especially marc from guest services who made us feel really welcomed. the breakfast was delicious with a ton of choices. loved the pool area and the views from our room were breathtaking. plus, the location is perfect with easy access to everything!

only thing i didn’t like was the bathroom needed some updating and the parking fee was kinda high. also, it was a bit hard to find since there were roadworks, so be careful about that.

the service at this curio collection hotel was exceptional! the shuttle service made getting around super easy, and the rooms were well-equipped with plenty of charging options. the pool area was great for relaxing, and the breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of hot and cold dishes. and having the botanical garden nearby was an absolute delight for morning strolls!

nothing major, just could improve on vegan options 😊.
