Spent my Christmas at this hotel. It was a lovely experience. the staff was really friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for our needs, just a short walk to the main shops and Naadam stadium. the air conditioning worked wonderfully, which was crucial in the cold and dry Mongolian winter. the breakfast was simple, but the coffee was fantastic and helped us start the day right.

The hotel is located in a busy part of town, so it can get pretty loud at night. It wasn't too much of an issue for us, but I can imagine it might be for light sleepers.

The location was ideal, just a short walk to the main city streets. The hotel even arranged for a pick-up from the train station, which was a relief in a city with no taxis. The lobby was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a great bar and the food and drinks were reasonably priced. Our room was spacious, with plenty of outlets for charging our gadgets. we had a fantastic stay at Zolo and would highly recommend it.

It was also conveniently close to the airport, making our travel logistics a breeze. The local neighborhood was worth exploring, with its charming attractions and sights. The service provided was exceptional, with responsive room service, efficient housekeeping, and even a reliable airport shuttle service. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a well-stocked mini-bar, comfortable sitting areas, and a lovely patio where we could unwind. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, heating, and an ironing facility. We truly felt at home here!

We would recommend this hotel to everyone without hesitation. The overall experience was outstanding, and we couldn't find any faults during our stay.

Assistance with translating and hospital visit. In-hotel restaurant offers traditional Mongolian food. Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay.
