The view from the room was incredible, really breathtaking. We got two complementary drinks at the arrival and Easter eggs in the room which was a nice touch. the location was spot-on, very close to the old town and some great restaurants. We also enjoyed the daily shuttle service.

We found the staff to be under-trained and sometimes rude. the room was not cleaned properly, and the bathroom amenities were not replenished.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Huma Kotor Bay Hotel And Villas. The room was spacious and had breathtaking views. The staff, especially Kristin, Nikola, and the receptionist without a name badge, were delightful and made us feel welcome. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a glass of prosecco each morning. The spa facilities were fantastic, and I enjoyed a rejuvenating massage. The beach area was beautiful and the beauty salon staff were nice. The location of the hotel is perfect.

The dramatic beauty of steep surrounding mountains and the pristine Adriatic Sea, historical treasures, and welcoming Montenegrin hospitality have been drawing many travelers. The VIP Couple treatment was definitely worth it, with relaxing massages, fruit plate, smoothies, Finnish Sauna, and Steam Room sessions. The mountains of Kotor Bay provided a stunning backdrop for pool lovers like me.

Oh, I just loved the unclean rooms, finding food and toenails in the sofa crease! And let's not forget the charming company of ants in the bed.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! the luxurious amenities fulfilled all of our needs, from the relaxing spa treatments to the stunning infinity pool. the beach access was amazing, and we enjoyed spending time lounging on the sun terrace with its beautiful views. the restaurant was fantastic, with a great selection of buffet breakfasts and dinner options, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax in the evenings.

The only minor issue we had was with the service, which was hit and miss at times. this did not detract from our overall experience, as there were plenty of other things to enjoy about this hotel.
