I stayed at this hotel for a weekend and I was impressed with the location. Even though it's situated outside the city center, it is very easy to get to by car and it's right next to the train station. The service is outstanding, room service was quick and efficient. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The room amenities were excellent, I appreciated the ironing facilities, air conditioning and mini-bar. The spa centre was amazing, including a sauna and jacuzzi. The facilities are first-class and I would highly recommend this place.

The hotel was fantastic! the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. We loved the spacious rooms, it felt like a home away from home. the room had a great view and was exceptionally clean. the meals were great and the complementary drinks were much appreciated. It was also in a perfect location for exploring the city and it was easy to get around.

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the gym. the gym staff weren't knowledgeable or attentive to customers using the gym.

The 24hr reception was extremely helpful, offering a late checkout due to our late arrival. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were polite, friendly, and went the extra mile to make our stay special. The included access to the wellness center was a fantastic bonus.

Additionally, the location was great, within walking distance of the bus station and close to a supermarket and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at Aurel. the hotel was very comfortable with on-site parking, large rooms, and comfortable beds. the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us, even allowing us to keep one room for an additional period. the hotel itself was perfect, with a free room upgrade, clean rooms, a nice balcony with a view, and a great SPA area on the top floor. the breakfast was also delicious and sufficient. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Luckily, I found another network connection in the room and was able to continue watching by leaning the TV against the wall.
