We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, especially Alice who went above and beyond to assist us. The location of the hotel was perfect, with it being just down the beach from the whale watch building. It was also very close to the town's center, making it easy to explore and find places to eat. We were pleasantly surprised to find a New World supermarket just a short distance away, making it convenient to grab any necessities we needed. The room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask for, including heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcome and comfortable.

We recently stayed at Willowbank Motel for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they even offered to do our laundry for a small fee, which was a huge help. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed, although a bit soft for our liking, was comfortable. The hot water in the shower was great, and the free and unlimited wifi worked perfectly. We also appreciated the little extras like the milk for hot drinks, the availability of hand wash, soap, and body wash, and the presence of a playground nearby for our kids to enjoy.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Willowbank Motel. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a cozy stay. The location was convenient for exploring the area. we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to others.

We stayed at a motel that was adequate, but we wouldn't choose to stay there again. The place had a sparse and worn-out appearance, with noticeable chips on the kitchen bench and dirt marks on the cupboard fronts. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the crisp and clean sheets. The young man at the front desk was friendly.

The bed was comfortable and the room had a good heating system. the location of the motel was peaceful and away from the town center.

Very shabby walls, paint peeling off and no shelves or cupboards to keep our things on. the worst aspect was the lack of a bench in the kitchenette and a sink in the bathroom without any support.
