the staff at Helada were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for both the airport and the waterfront in Tivat. the rooms were spotless and the hotel offered a free ride to the airport, which was a nice touch. the breakfast provided was delicious and complimentary, making for a great start to the day. I can't recommend this hotel enough for its excellent service and amenities.

We spent our New Year's Eve in this hotel and it was amazing! the location was perfect, really close to the beach and some great restaurants. Plus, the hotel had a great view of the mountains and the sea. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the food served at the hotel was delicious and really varied, always something new to choose from. But the best aspect of our stay was definitely the free airport transfer.

The rooms were a bit too small for our liking and there wasn't much storage space for our luggage, but nothing that really took away from our overall experience. the only other thing we disliked was that the hotel was located close to a busy road, which made it a bit noisy at times.
