We had an amazing holiday here! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. The hotel grounds are stunning, with beautiful gardens and a sparkling clean pool. The location is great, with easy access to the beach and a short distance from town. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the drinks were yummy too. The service was top-notch, with attentive and helpful staff always ready to assist. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Excellent location near the sea with beautiful parks, pools, and tennis courts. Very good condition of both outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Nice room and balcony. Restaurants offer delicious meals. Friendly and helpful staff. Daily games and events for both kids and adults. Lovely beach bar and well-designed layout with plenty of pools. Terrific views from the terrace restaurant.

The Lobby Bar is a lovely spot for couples to chat, while kids enjoy Star Camp. I get to have a family holiday with free kids' stays. The room terrace has beautiful garden views, and I can also hear the soothing sound of waves breaking on the shore.

Oh, and by the way, the machine cappuccino was just a touch too sweet. How dreadful!

There is also a private area on the beach, although a small fee is required for sun beds. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, and sun terrace. The staff here are incredibly professional and friendly, providing excellent customer service.

The hotel does not have an indoor pool, and some guests have mentioned that the outdoor pool area can be smoky and not suitable for adults or children. Another issue is that the staff sometimes do not answer the phone, which can be inconvenient for guests trying to reach them.

The hotel offered complementary champagne and chocolate on New Year’s Eve, a thoughtful gesture. the location was great, close to other cafes and restaurants and with a clear view of the sea from our room. the staff were friendly and always available to help.

The heating system in the room was not working well, the room was often too cold despite calling maintenance multiple times. the noise level in the hallway was quite high at night, making it difficult to sleep.

The location was ideal, with the beach just across the promenade and beautiful gardens all over the garden. The staff, from the cleaning to management, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The leisure facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and spa center, were top-notch.

We wish we could have stayed longer! We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

The location is fantastic, with Becici marina just a short walk away. We enjoyed delicious pizza at the pizzeria organized by the friendly and warm-hearted staff. Being directly on the beach was a real plus, and we loved the fact that cleanliness was maintained even in public areas. The rooms were comfortable and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the views were breathtaking.

That there were some complaints about the food quality, especially in terms of deep-fried and greasy dishes.
