My stay at Gatlinburg Town Square By Exploria Resorts with my 18-month-old baby was delightful. The 2-bedroom suite was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for families on a budget. The friendly staff and convenient facilities like the pool and hot tub added to our relaxation. Exploring nearby attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not Gatlinburg and the Gatlinburg SkyLift Park created lasting family memories.

During my business trip, my director chose Town Square By Exploria Resorts, and I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities offered. The outdoor pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day of work, and the fitness center provided a great way to stay active. The full-time concierge was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations for local activities. Additionally, the on-site activities for the kids were a hit, keeping them entertained while I attended meetings. The barbecue facilities were a nice touch and allowed for some enjoyable outdoor dining. the indoor pools and outdoor pools offered year-round swimming for adults and children, ensuring there was always something to do.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for families exploring the Great Smoky Mountains - plus the kitchen had everything you could need for cooking, super convenient. The location was spot on too, just a quick walk to downtown and a short drive to the national park entrance, ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. 🏞 Loved chilling on the balcony overlooking the waterfall, but a bit bummed when some areas were closed for renovations, resulting in a tad crowded pool situation at one point.

We were within a quick walk to downtown and its insane nightlife and shopping. The indoor pool and outdoor pool were lit! Plus, our room had a killer setup with cable TV, DVD player, and a sick balcony view. It was totally perfect for our squad to chill and have a blast.

Yo, they gotta add a game room or some cool hangout spot for the young crowd.

This hotel is perfectly situated near all the attractions and dining spots we wanted to visit in Gatlinburg. It was great to have a spacious room with a kitchenette, making our longer stay comfortable and convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the free on-site parking was a bonus. We also enjoyed the shared porch area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

One thing that could be improved is providing more accurate information about any ongoing construction or renovations at the hotel. It would be helpful to know in advance to set proper expectations.

We got an amazing value for our money at this hotel! The room was cozy and comfortable, with a nice updated feel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we wanted to do in town. The staff treated us like VIPs, making us feel so welcome and taken care of.

And when we needed ice, the maintenance guy arrived promptly. a wonderful experience.

Loved the convenient location, just a short walk to the strip and attractions. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean, with a fully-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept great during my pregnancy. The bathroom had plenty of counter space.

Felt right at home here, nothing was too much trouble.
