The property was beautifully done, very clean and in a perfect location. The views were stunning, and the pool area excellent. The room was perfect and comfortable. The facilities were excellent - both the spa area and the outside lakefront area. The breakfast was also excellent, with a choice of almost anything you could want. The staff were always helpful, attentive, and polite. As longer-term business travelers, we appreciated the amenities and facilities.

We had a wonderful time staying in central Perast, right by the water with beautiful houses and right in the center of town. The room was stunning, with incredible views over the bay. We also enjoyed the private sun lounger area, admiring the view. it was a memorable experience.

We did notice a slight smell at times near the beach area, but we understand this is not something the hotel can control and is likely a matter for the local council.

The beach access was a bit small and poorly structured. the shuttle service was slow, and the number of shuttle service employees and beach service quality should increase.
