The location of the hotel is perfect, right outside of the busy Jemaa el-Fna square and very close to main attractions of the Medina. It is in the centre of town, making it convenient to explore Marrakesh. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms, although in need of renovation in some cases, are clean. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with helpful and friendly hosts who go above and beyond to accommodate guests. The breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of Moroccan specialties. The view from the rooftop terrace is breathtaking, with a serene pool and garden.

One small downside is that the price of the SPA is a bit high compared to European standards.

Spacious Riad in the heart of the Kasbah, accessible by foot. Staff was exceedingly helpful and organized dinner reservations, a tour guide, and a hammam spa treatment. Beautifully decorated suite with a decent size. Conveniently located near attractions, shops, and restaurants. Excellent breakfast served in a peaceful courtyard.

From the moment we entered the riad, the staff at Angsana went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. We were warmly greeted with Moroccan tea and cookies, and given the option to choose a scent for our room. The room itself was beautiful and impeccably clean. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the Si Said Restaurant exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and even brought our luggage to our taxi upon checkout. we had a wonderful experience at Angsana Riads and would highly recommend it to others.

The only minor inconvenience we experienced was the water pressure in the shower, which took longer than usual to wash our hair. Additionally, it would have been convenient to have extension cords near the beds to charge our phones without having to unplug the bed lamps.

The hotel had a nice breakfast and the room was clean. the location was also good, as it was close to the main attractions of the city.

The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and seemed annoyed when asked for anything. the spa was also disappointing, with limited services available and poor quality facilities.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. I was able to easily explore all the main attractions of the area, and the bustling Jemaa el-Fna square was just a stone's throw away. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They even organized a special breakfast for me when I had to leave early for a tour. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I felt truly pampered during my stay.

Situated in a renovated Riad, it offers an oasis of peace and calm in the middle of the bustling Medina. Excellent WiFi, daily maintenance, and staff are very helpful. The restaurant and spa services are amazing. an excellent choice for a peaceful retreat.
