The hotel had great amenities like a pool and spa, making for an enjoyable stay. Plus, the location was excellent, as it was in close proximity to the train station and downtown area. What I enjoyed most was the incredible hospitality of the staff who were always friendly and accommodating.

The room was smaller than expected and the bathroom could have been cleaner. the breakfast buffet was just okay and could use some improvement.

The staff members at the reception, such as Shahinaz and Huda, are friendly and professional, ensuring a warm welcome for guests. The restaurant, particularly Dikra and Abdelkhalek, provides delicious food and excellent service. The rooms are well-maintained and clean, allowing for a comfortable stay.

Some guests have noted that the air conditioning in the rooms can be weak, especially during hot months like August.
