The calmness and tranquility were great for a relaxed New Year holiday. The private pool was a fantastic bonus and the surrounding gardens were stunning. The chef's menu was delicious with fresh ingredients that were a real treat.

The hotel was too isolated - it was quite a distance from the city centre and we had to pay through the nose for taxis. The freezing pool was a major letdown, as were the portions served at dinner - they were so tiny!

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful and tranquil hotel. Despite the unfortunate earthquake, the staff, especially Mustapha, went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort. They provided a car to pick us up and found us a room, even without electricity. The gardens and pool were stunning, and the staff were caring, attentive, and meticulously looked after us. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel in Morocco.
