The staff at Yaad City were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. When my car window was broken, they immediately caught the culprit and handed him over to the police. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Marrakesh and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was situated in a middle-class neighborhood and close to the famous Majorelle Gardens and Jamaa El Fna market. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, providing a great start to each day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was pleasant. Additionally, the hotel offered easy access to the Atlas mountains for those seeking outdoor adventures.

I did notice that the cleaning could be improved in the bathroom.

We had a great experience at Yaad City. the check-in process was smooth and the staff were polite and accommodating. the rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities, including a big TV, air conditioner. the location, close to the train station, was convenient. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide variety of choices every day.

We had a comfortable stay at a 4-star hotel in Marrakech. Yaad City provided great value for money with clean rooms and upper-class service. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Hassan, who was very welcoming and professional. He gave helpful tips on travels and tours, ensuring we didn't fall for the ones offered on the streets. The small but amazing swimming pool offered a refreshing dip, and the breakfast was great. We also enjoyed the clean and affordable restaurant for dinner. A pleasant surprise was finding Netflix and YouTube on the TV, allowing us to watch shows in our own language.

This hotel is great if you want to be in the city center. It's located in a middle-class neighborhood with lots of hip and fancy restaurants around. The location is amazing, close to the medina but still calm and clean. The staff are nice and the rooms are of good size, with a queen bed and a lovely bathroom which is cleaned everyday.

The breakfast was a huge disappointment. On the second morning, I did not see any point in having breakfast at this hotel.

Lovely stay at Yaad City Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful balcony filled with plants. The breakfast buffet by the pool was nicely arranged. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful, finding us a parking space. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located in a great area. The hotel is situated in the new city, close to restaurants and far from the hustle and bustle of the medina. Despite being close to the street, the noise was not bothersome. The room was spotless and the bathroom well-maintained. The staff were welcoming and friendly, providing exceptional service. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. the hotel offered convenient facilities such as a fitness center.

The shower in my room had a slight issue with water drainage.

Late check-in allowed. Clean room and bathroom. Quiet, peaceful sleep. Friendly staff, especially the night manager. Great location for city center, Madina, and airport access.
