Excellent welcome and fast check-in. Stayed in one of their top accommodations with free parking. The swimming pool was immaculately clean. Both the daytime and afternoon managers fulfilled all my requests. They even shared Eid treats with guests.

The staff went above and beyond, assisting us during a road traffic collision. They were calm, professional, and even accompanied us to the hospital and police station. Breakfast had a good variety and the location was convenient, near the airport and a shopping center. If we return to Morocco, we will book with them again.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Imane, the hotel manager, were exceptional and went above and beyond to assist me. They were calm and professional in handling a road traffic collision we were involved in, from calling emergency services to accompanying us to the hospital and helping with the police. I can't thank them enough for their kind gestures and support during this challenging time. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with a short drive to the airport and within walking distance of a mall.

The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful rooms, common areas, and a pool. The spa, especially the indoor hot pool, was incredible. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was spacious with a large walk-in shower and a balcony overlooking the pool. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

Had an amazing time during my Thanksgiving here! the complimentary cocktail and fruit basket made us feel welcome. the pool area was relaxing and had comfortable sun loungers. There was also a variety of music playing which was perfect for chilling out. the hotel location was perfect, being near a big supermarket meant no need to spend extra on drinks and snacks at the hotel. the free shuttle service was also a great plus, it made getting to and from the center easy.

Though the hotel was great, some aspects were lacking. the language barrier made it difficult to communicate with some of the staff and they seemed uninterested in helping us.

Staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The suite we were upgraded to was stunning and had all the amenities we needed. The indoor and outdoor pools were both enjoyable and the rooftop bar/restaurant had a great atmosphere. Being located between the new part and old part of the city was convenient for exploring. The hotel recommended fantastic restaurants and the Buddha bar was a highlight. a wonderful experience with amazing staff and excellent facilities.

This hotel is perfect for couples who want to unwind and relax. The spa & wellness centre is excellent! I was impressed with the Turkish bath and body scrub treatments. The swimming pool is surrounded by beautiful gardens and the sun terrace is a great spot to soak up the sun in private. The entertainment was enjoyable and the bar/lounge area was cosy. The restaurant served delicious food and the breakfast had a variety of options.

The room lacked natural light, which was a minor issue for me. However, the exclusive amenities made up for it.

The beds were huge and provided a truly relaxing night's sleep. The spa at the hotel was a highlight, especially the Hammam treatment which we highly recommend. The hotel is conveniently located just a short taxi ride away from the main town and medina.

During my stay at Cesar Resort, I was impressed by the genuine hospitality attitude of Yahya at the reception. The location of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The facilities, including the pool and indoor pool, were good, and I especially enjoyed the warm indoor pool. The rooftop bar was a pleasant surprise, with lively atmosphere and great music selection. my girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at Cesar Resort and would definitely recommend it for future stays.

I recently stayed at Cesar Resort & Spa for my honeymoon and the service was exceptional. The staff, especially Yehir at reception, were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the spa facilities, including the Hammam treatment recommended by Zainab, were impeccable. The rooftop restaurant provided a modern Moroccan ambiance and delicious food. The location is perfect, just a short taxi ride from the main town. We extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much. We will definitely be returning.
