the spa services were exceptional, with an extensive list of treatments available. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxation, surrounded by sun loungers and a beautiful garden area. the in-room breakfast options were unique and delicious, and the restaurant offered a range of special diet menus.

The service did not match the high standard of the facilities. While the staff were polite, they were not always attentive to our needs.

This hotel was a great place to spend the weekend with my family. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool and kids club were perfect for keeping my little ones entertained. We also enjoyed a memorable dinner at the on-site restaurant, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. the location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions.

While the service at this hotel was generally good, it did not quite live up to the standard of a typical 5-star hotel in Europe. Some requests were forgotten or ignored, and there were no refunds offered for any issues that arose.
