Located in the heart of the old town but slightly aside from the bustling streets, Dar Chibania is a comfortable base to explore Marrakesh. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, with Pascal and Isabelle's thoughtful and creative touches evident throughout the riad. The rooms are stunning, tastefully decorated, and provide a homely feel. From the beautifully clear swimming pool to the decorated terrace with mountain views, there are several spaces to relax and unwind. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The location is super close to everything we wanted to see but far enough away from the crowds.

The wifi can be intermittent and not very strong at times.

I loved staying at a place where I had to walk 20 minutes to reach anything interesting. It was like a mini adventure every time! And the cats were the highlight of my trip, so glad they were there.
