We absolutely loved our stay at this outstanding property. The designers of the place clearly have a traveler's comfort in mind. The tasteful decorations and comfortable furniture were top-notch. The walk-in shower and ample shelf space in the bathroom were incredibly convenient. The good heating kept us warm and cozy on rainy days. The well-equipped kitchenette was a bonus, and the excellent laundry facilities, complete with quality washing machines and a dryer, made our stay even more comfortable. We were delighted to find EV chargers available, and the well-maintained outdoor area with a fire pit was a wonderful spot to relax.

The coffee machine was an excellent addition, equipped with multiple coffee pods and high-quality kitchen accessories. The location of the place is convenient for tourists who want to explore the town with ample parking.

The morning cleaning and vacuuming noise from the apartment upstairs were a little bit disturbing, reducing our peaceful sleep-in experience. the absence of hooks in the bathroom made it challenging to hang towels, bags, and other bathroom essentials, and heated towel rails would have added to the bathroom experience.

Unique and well-designed with attention to detail, honoring its fire station history. Vintage fire truck parked outside adds charm. Comfortable bed, good shower, and spotless laundry facilities. Convenient location near shops and within walking distance to pub and eateries.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a boutique hotel in a great location. The hotel is right across the road from an amazing restaurant, making it convenient for dining. Additionally, it is close to the best eating places in town, allowing easy access to delicious meals. The hotel is also close to everything, including the beach and shops, making it a convenient choice for exploring. The room was spotlessly clean and cozy, providing a comfortable stay.

I did experience some noise from neighboring units, which was slightly disruptive at times.

Our stay here was absolutely luxurious. The amenities provided in the room were exclusive and fulfilled all our needs. We were impressed with the excellent service provided by the hotel. The location advantages were also exceptional. The rooms were tastefully decorated and full of historical character. The most comfortable bed and the availability of picnic and outdoor dining area were our favorite advantages.

The size of the second and third bedrooms was small and it was difficult to manage our luggage. However, this was a minor issue in comparison to the overall experience that we had.

I had a great stay at the Hokitika Fire Station Boutique Accommodation. The recently renovated building was beautifully furnished and in a perfect location. I loved the attention to detail and the smattering of history throughout. Being able to walk to the town centre, beach, restaurants, and bars was a huge plus. The newness, color scheme, and fire memorabilia added a unique touch to the experience. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you don't have any mobility issues.

One drawback I encountered was the lack of an elevator, which wasn't mentioned on the website. Also, the entrance being at the back of the building without signage was a bit confusing.
