The city break was amazing thanks to the location of the hotel, which was close to everything we wanted to see. the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. the transfers offered by the hotel were very well-organized and made our arrival stress-free.

We did experience some communication issues with the transfers, which resulted in a longer wait time than expected. These issues slightly detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
