My stay at Best Western Maple Leaf was perfect. The staff was exceptional, always asking about my well-being and recommending places to visit. The rooms were clean and the staff provided free newspapers and water daily. The hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient, with an Uber trip costing only Tk 114. I appreciated the nearby mosque for prayer and the ease of Uber pickups. a fantastic experience.

We were happy to have two complimentary drinks upon check-in and a tasty breakfast to start our Thanksgiving Day. the hotel's proximity to the airport and the city center made it convenient for us to explore the area. We also appreciated the comfortable beds in our room.

Our stay was not without issues. the room was smaller than expected and the soundproofing was poor, as we could hear noise from the corridor and nearby rooms.

They went above and beyond to ensure my suitcase was delivered to the hotel, even staying late to make sure I received it in good order. the location was perfect, close to the airport and convenient for Uber pickups. the hotel also provided a free newspaper and water bottles daily. the staff were amazing, focused on meeting every need and striving for excellence. the hotel was safe, with a mosque nearby for prayers. the restaurant served excellent local and Chinese dishes, and the breakfast buffet was well worth it.
