The location was perfect, close to the Medina and restaurants. The one bedroom family room was spacious and the air conditioner worked well. The hotel had a gym and a pool. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of food.

We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and respectful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, just like the pictures. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk from the new center and about 15/20 minutes to the old center. We loved that it was in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel was centrally located, making it easy to explore two popular shopping districts.

Great location and friendly staff. We got complementary chocolates and bottled water. the hotel is situated near many attractions and easy to find. the free Wi-Fi was very reliable and the connection was fast.

The room was dirty and smelly, especially the bathroom. the bed sheets were not changed and uncomfortable.
