What a delightful stay! the staff here were always happy and went out of their way to make sure guests were satisfied. the room service was top, notch, and the restaurant served an unforgettable breakfast. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was a much, needed treat after a long day exploring the stunning rose gardens. the grounds, lovingly tended and filled with flowers, provided a serene backdrop against the majestic snow, clad mountains. Sitting by the pool or gazing at the mountain views from the garden area was pure bliss.

While the stay was fantastic overall, the wifi could be improved for better connectivity. more varied food options for lunch and dinner would have been appreciated.
