During my Easter holidays, I visited a hotel that offered great food, and was located in a stunning location near a beach with crystal clear waters. The hotel was a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the nearby sea. Additionally, its restaurants provided exceptional dishes that were hard to resist. The prices were friendly for the budget travelers like me.

Despite the stunning location and great food, the accommodations were abysmal and the staff unfriendly. The rooms felt old with outdated furnishings, stale smells, and poor hygiene. The showers had no hot water and the beddings felt like sandpaper. Furthermore, the staff was not very helpful and lacked basic hospitality skills. The customer service was unimpressive and they did not make much of an effort to accommodate any of my needs.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel near El Isleño, one of the best beaches in the area. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from a beautiful beach. The proximity to the airport was also convenient, especially when it came to catching my flight. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services. The airport shuttle service was a bonus, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. I also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, setting the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hotel staff was attentive and always ready to assist with any requests. The indoor swimming pool provided a great escape from the heat, and the live entertainment on the sun terrace added a fun touch to my evenings. With free Wi-Fi in public areas, I was able to stay connected throughout my stay. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality service.
