Spacious, comfortable rooms with pool view and easy access to pool and garden. Buffet style food with good variety. Friendly and fun bar staff, especially Hamza, Youssef, Faicel, and Abdrezzak. Energetic and entertaining poolside activities, shows, and morning stretching with Nouhayla. Mehdi and the team, including Amine, Issa, and Kader, made our stay enjoyable. Helpful staff in extending our stay.

We got great value for our money at this hotel - the rooms were amazing and the location was perfect, not too far from the city center. The staff treated us like family, they were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Menu for breakfast could have been better, there was room for improvement in terms of variety and options.

Not one thing.

I loved the sunny weather and the stunning view of the Atlas mountains from the hotel. The spa and heated indoor pool were perfect for relaxation. The excursions offered by the hotel were enriching and Marrakech was beautiful during my stay. The Moroccan restaurant, Le Fez, had fabulous food and attentive service. The free shuttle to the city center was efficient and useful.

The animation team and staff were incredible - fun, friendly, and kind. A variety of activities for kids, including those with special needs. Lovely evening entertainment and waiting staff. Wonderful variety of food to suit everyone. The people working here made it our favorite holiday by far.

I had an incredible week at this hotel. The location is great, with an amazing market nearby that you can easily reach by taxi, just be careful with the prices. The room was spacious and always clean, with fresh towels every day. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options. The pool area was lovely and always clean, and the water park was a blast. The entertainment was fun, with activities for everyone to enjoy.

The food selection was good, with a variety of options to choose from and a few local dishes. the all-inclusive drinks were also good, with a nice selection of cocktails and beer available until late. the complementary shuttle bus was reliable and made getting around easy and stress-free. the rooms were clean and there were plenty of amenities provided, such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

The music around the main pool was excessively loud and sometimes annoying. Some of the staff members were not very friendly or helpful.

Nothing that we didn't like.

During our Christmas holiday, we loved the fact that the hotel offered a variety of facilities and activities for both adults and children. the water park was a big hit, with its exciting slides and well-designed pool areas. It was a great way to cool off and spend quality family time. the location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we were not pleased with. the rooms were in need of some refurbishment, as they appeared worn and outdated.

This hotel is truly luxurious, offering exclusive amenities that fully met all of my needs. The service was excellent, with attentive staff always on hand to assist. The Spa & wellness centre was amazing, boasting a range of treatments including full body massages, body scrubs and facials, and the sauna and steam room were just what I needed to unwind. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, and the sun terrace was the perfect place to soak up some sun. The restaurant served delicious halal food, with a buffet breakfast that was beyond compare.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was with the size of the room, which was slightly smaller than I had expected. However, the room was well-equipped and comfortable, with private facilities that added to the overall feeling of luxury.
