I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The view from my room was amazing and I loved the cute courtyard outside. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms were a good size. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Bath and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The location of this place was absolutely perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the main attractions. Plus, there was a great little Italian restaurant just a short walk away, nestled on a steep hill. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They were always available to assist with any requests, and their genuine friendliness made me feel extremely welcome.

I can't recommend this hotel enough to my family and friends. The valet parking offered at a small fee was well worth it considering the lack of disabled parking outside.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with top notch service. The valet car service and assistance with our bags made us feel important and well taken care of. The bathroom was large and the shower was really nice. One evening, we enjoyed a drink on the back terrace, which provided a lovely end to the day. All in all, we felt like we received more than we expected, especially considering the reasonable price.

One minor drawback for us was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. However, this was easily solved as they were provided for free in the lounge area.

Great location, boutique hotel, shabby chic bedroom, attentive front of house team, free tea and coffee, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel's location is excellent, with everything within walking distance. The outdoor entertaining area near the hotel is a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast had a delicious continental buffet and a variety of menu options to choose from.

One negative aspect was that the restaurant was closed for refurbishment during our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near the city center. The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to drop off my bags early and providing excellent service throughout my stay. The 4 Poster suite I stayed in was beautifully designed, with a luxurious bathroom. I enjoyed drinks at the Q bar, which had a great selection and fantastic service. The hotel's in-house restaurant, the Olive Tree, served a phenomenal dinner. The location of the hotel was ideal, as everything was within walking distance.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest welcome and made to feel right at home. The decor of the rooms was simply stunning, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved the drawing room, a perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff went above and beyond with their constant care and good humor, and they even whisked away my car and parked it for me within minutes of my arrival.
