We had the most amazing stay at Fairmont Tazi Palace. The hotel's design is simply spectacular, and walking through the hallways feels like an enchanting experience. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a stunning big bathroom and a balcony. The food was outstanding, especially at Parisa, the Persian restaurant, and the breakfast had a wide selection of delicious options. The pool area was lovely, and the gym had everything we needed. The staff was exceptional, always attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend this unique and exceptional hotel experience.

While the hotel was perfect in many ways, we did experience some disorganization during our stay. Check-in took longer than expected, and there were instances when certain items were unavailable at the bar and restaurants.

This hotel is truly luxurious. From the exclusive amenities to the personalized service, everything was perfect. the Spa & wellness center exceeded our expectations, with a sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi, as well as body scrub and massage treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, with sun loungers and beautiful garden.

The only minor issue we encountered was slow service at the pool. the attentive staff more than made up for it by continually checking on us and fulfilling all our needs.

The pool area was lovely and the gym was excellent, offering a variety of machines and even saunas and a jacuzzi in the changing room. The staff was exceptional, always going above and beyond to make sure I had an incredible stay. From the barman who created unique cocktails to the lady who cleaned my room, the attention to detail was extraordinary. I felt truly looked after throughout my entire stay. This hotel is an exceptional and unique gem that is definitely worth experiencing.
