Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Marrakesh and had a very good experience. the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They were always available to help and offer recommendations. Secondly, the rooms were well-maintained and had good air conditioning. The fridge in the room was a nice touch and allowed me to keep my drinks and snacks cool. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect as it was only a short walk to a shopping center, making it convenient for me to explore and shop. I also appreciated the breakfast provided, which was basic but sufficient.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was very enjoyable and I have no complaints.

I had a wonderful stay at Gomassine. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was incredibly convenient as we hired a car from Europe Car next door. The fact that they had parking available meant we didn't have to worry about our car overnight. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the breakfast provided was delicious. There were plenty of basic dining options in the vicinity, and we also found a lovely Italian restaurant just a short walk away. The hotel is not too far from the airport, which was convenient for us. our experience at Gomassine was excellent.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail in the rooms is quite impressive, with both the bedroom and bathroom being very clean and in good condition. The basic amenities provided in the rooms worked well, and having a fridge was a convenient addition. The location of the hotel is also excellent, as it's just a 30-minute walk down a nice street to reach the bustling Medina. Additionally, it's conveniently located near new attractions in Marrakesh, and there's a bus stop nearby that takes you straight into the old Medina.

All in all, this hotel was a comfortable and suitable choice. However, there was one aspect that could be improved upon.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing: super friendly, helpful, and accommodating! They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even offering to pick us up when our car broke down. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was perfect, with easy access to both the new and old parts of town. The free, private underground parking was a huge plus. The breakfast had plenty of options, and while the juice could have been a bit stronger, there was still plenty to choose from. Don't miss the delicious jus d'avocat in the hotel's restaurant! a fantastic experience.

Mind-blowingly good hotel! The decor is super fitting and the cleanliness is jaw-dropping. The free wi-fi is a plus. My room was spacious, with a seating area and a small balcony. There was ample storage space and a small fridge. The staff deserves a big shoutout for being really nice and helpful. The location is ideal, with plenty of cafes and shops in the modern district. The hotel is within walking distance of the Medina. If you want a quiet room, ask for one on an upper floor away from the main street. Top hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. A truly enjoyable stay!

My stay at Gomassine was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. The hotel's location was perfect as we had a car rental from Europe Car, which was right next door. The convenience of having a parking space for our car overnight was a huge plus. Additionally, the staff, especially Jamila at the front desk, were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. They provided great tips and directions for exploring the city. The breakfast offered at the hotel was also delicious. a great experience!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the bustling nightlife in Kech, with a variety of restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. Additionally, guests can easily access the vibrant old Medina by hopping on a bus from the nearby stop. For those arriving by train, the hotel is also close to the train station.

The beds provided in the rooms are reported to be uncomfortable and hard, leading to a poor quality of sleep for some guests.

I stayed at this hotel and got great value for my money. The room was fantastic, spacious, and clean with plenty of room to move around. The location was perfect, with lots of cafes and shops nearby. The staff at Gomassine were excellent, very friendly and helpful. They even helped us out when our car broke down before our arrival. a very good hotel experience.

The hotel had a great location, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. the hotel also had a lovely swimming pool, perfect for a cool dip after a day of sightseeing.

The Wi-Fi signal was very poor in the rooms, and breakfast was quite basic. the restaurant service was disorganized and lacking utensils and condiments.

The staff is helpful and friendly. Good selection of places to eat nearby. Bus stop and hop on hop off bus close by. Lovely Italian restaurant within walking distance. Small but quiet pool. Hotel accommodated extended stay due to flight cancellation.
