Had an astonishing experience at a recent stay. The roof top view was something else, couldn't get enough of it while sipping on cocktails from the stunning bar. We spent some quality time by the infinite pool after a hectic day. honestly, there’s nothing like it to unwind. The service was top-notch, they treated us like royalty, from check-in to when we left, smooth as can be. Even got some treats left in the room during turn down service, a nice surprise.

The rooftop bar offers stunning views over Fes, and the breakfast buffet is delightful with fresh local options. The staff, especially Siham and Wanda, were incredibly helpful during my stay.

The location is quite inconvenient, as it's uphill and requires a taxi or shuttle service to access the main road. Additionally, I encountered issues with shuttle return service not being guaranteed without a fee.

The breakfast buffet featured freshly baked croissants and locally inspired dishes, which I found quite delightful. The staff, particularly Siham, provided attentive service, assisting me with thoughtful recommendations and ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the amenities were luxurious, making me feel truly pampered.

The location requires taxis for city access.

The location is quite a trek, isolated from the main road, making it a hassle to arrange transportation like taxis for visits to the Medina or city center. the shuttle isn’t complimentary, either. There were several amenities advertised, such as the indoor pool and sauna, that don’t actually exist, leaving guests disappointed. The overall maintenance could use attention. detailing like stained grout and chipped walls detracted from the hotel's claim of being a luxury establishment. Breakfast options could use refreshing more frequently as they were often picked over.

i stayed for 2 nights in 2023-09-15 and it was a relaxing break. the rooftop view was stunning and the breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with a variety of local options. i loved the spacious room and the great service from the reception staff.

the gym could use better equipment.

The staff was unbelievably warm and helpful! ! They offered us a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was a wicked surprise for us. We enjoyed the stunning pool, perfect for unwinding after exploring the area! Plus, the food at the hotel’s restaurants was exquisite. every meal made us feel like royalty.

It wasn't the cheapest place, but honestly, it was worth every penny.

the service at sahrai was awesome, especially with in-room dining and my special request for handmade leather goods. the pool area was a nice spot to chill, and the bar had a good vibe too.
