The room at this hotel was fully equipped, comfortable, and had all the modern amenities we needed. The kitchen was a great bonus. The beds and bath were very comfortable. The spacious dining area with a big table and comfy chairs was perfect for my family to gather and enjoy snack time. The hotel's collection of games like Jenga, Twister, and UNO provided endless entertainment. The English-speaking staff were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and helpful. The corridor being somewhat open-air allowed us to gauge the weather. The hotel provided umbrellas, which came in handy during rainy days. The smartphone provided for calls and internet access was a nice touch. our stay was enjoyable, and we would happily return.

We had a perfect stay at Mimaru Ueno East. the apartment layout was ideal for us and the decorations were impressive. the location was very convenient, being close to the train station, convenient stores, and restaurants. Despite some outside noise, the room itself was remarkably quiet. the ample space in the hotel room allowed us to relax and sleep well. the clean and comfortable bed mattresses added to our overall comfort. We also appreciated the kitchen and utensils provided, which allowed us to conveniently cook our own food. the well-trained and friendly staff, especially Ms. Yada, made us feel appreciated throughout our seven-night stay.

Transportation: The hotel was conveniently located just a short walk away from the JR and metro stations, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. Location: The hotel was situated in a great area, close to attractions like Ueno Park, Ameyayokocho Market, and the zoo.

Located close to Ueno train station, the hotel is conveniently situated for easy access to transportation. The room is comfortable, providing a perfect space for a family of four, with bunk beds for the kids. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel offers cooking facilities, allowing guests to prepare their meals if desired.

The hotel may not be suitable for light sleepers, as it is situated near a busy road and the noise from sirens, ambulances, and cars can be heard during the night.

The sleeping space was good with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed, perfect for a family with children. The toilet was clean and the cooking facilities were a plus. It felt like a home-like apartment, making us feel comfortable during our stay. the location was great, only a 7-minute walk from the train station.

One negative aspect was that the hotel staff entered our room without permission on the 4th day of our stay. It was intrusive as we had our things lying around and we usually request cleaning when needed.

We recently stayed at the Mimaru Ueno East for a few days during our trip to Japan. This modern and spacious hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Its close proximity to Ueno Station, shops, and convenience stores made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the room provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Additionally, we loved the roof terrace which offered stunning city views and the coin-operated laundry machines in the lobby were a convenient feature. we highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding location, cleanliness, value, and comfort.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Ueno. the staff were polite and very helpful, making my experience even better. the location was perfect, with many restaurants nearby and within walking distance to trains and market areas. the room itself was well laid out and perfect for my family of four. It had everything we needed and more. I especially loved the kitchen, which allowed us to cook our own meals and eat together at the dining table. Convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Family Mart were just a couple of minutes away, making it even more convenient. the proximity to the JR and metro stations was a bonus, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit attractions like Euno Park, Ameyayokocho Market, museums, and even the zoo. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.
