The room at this hotel was fully equipped, comfortable, and had all the modern amenities we needed. The kitchen was a great bonus. The beds and bath were very comfortable. The spacious dining area with a big table and comfy chairs was perfect for my family to gather and enjoy snack time. The hotel's collection of games like Jenga, Twister, and UNO provided endless entertainment. The English-speaking staff were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and helpful. The corridor being somewhat open-air allowed us to gauge the weather. The hotel provided umbrellas, which came in handy during rainy days. The smartphone provided for calls and internet access was a nice touch. our stay was enjoyable, and we would happily return.

We had a perfect stay at Mimaru Ueno East. The apartment layout was ideal for us and the decorations were impressive. The location was very convenient, being close to the train station, convenient stores, and restaurants. Despite some outside noise, the room itself was remarkably quiet. The ample space in the hotel room allowed us to relax and sleep well. The clean and comfortable bed mattresses added to our overall comfort. We also appreciated the kitchen and utensils provided, which allowed us to conveniently cook our own food. The well-trained and friendly staff, especially Ms. Yada, made us feel appreciated throughout our seven-night stay.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short 5 minute walk to the nearest train station and plenty of restaurants nearby. It was really convenient for getting around the city. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Plus, the room was comfortable and perfect for my needs, with a nice-sized bed and clean facilities.

That the beds were a bit uncomfortable. The mattresses were quite hard and didn't provide the best sleep.

The hotel may not be suitable for light sleepers, as it is situated near a busy road and the noise from sirens, ambulances, and cars can be heard during the night.

The sleeping space was good with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed, perfect for a family with children. The toilet was clean and the cooking facilities were a plus. It felt like a home-like apartment, making us feel comfortable during our stay. the location was great, only a 7-minute walk from the train station.

One negative aspect was that the hotel staff entered our room without permission on the 4th day of our stay. It was intrusive as we had our things lying around and we usually request cleaning when needed.

Had a fantastic time during my new year's trip! The staff were lovely and spoke English. They also provided complementary toiletries and umbrellas that came in handy when it rained. The location was great, a short walk to the main Ueno area and station, which was perfect for visiting other Tokyo attractions.

The room service could have been better. Although they changed the towels and cleared the trash every day, they only tidied up the room on the third day of our stay.
