The upgraded room we received had a fantastic view of the city and was a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the main attractions and the lively city center. the staff, especially Annis, went above and beyond to assist us with our needs, making our stay more enjoyable.

The room was not up to our expectations. the beds were extremely uncomfortable, feeling like hard planks of wood.
