The hotel's location near the metro station and the beach was convenient, the staff was friendly, the housekeeping service was excellent, and the room rate was reasonable. It was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel. The relaxation facilities like the spa and wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool added to our enjoyment, while nearby landmarks such as Dubai Knowledge Village and Ski Dubai provided great options for family bonding.

The spacious and clean rooms, excellent breakfast with a wide variety of cuisine, and the warm and pleasant pool water enhanced my stay. The staff, especially Mr. Shokhruk at the reception, were friendly and very helpful. The hotel's location, with the metro station just outside, was very convenient.

The only service that I missed for my work was the availability of a complimentary microwave in the room for heating meals.

Our stay at Mercure was much better than our previous one. The room was quiet, clean, and had a very nice view. Reham, the manager, was extremely kind and willing to help. Additionally, the Indian lady at the reception was very polite and cooperative. The valet parking was fast, and there was also self-parking available. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until the end of our stay. The leisure services were well-run by friendly staff as well. The family rooms were huge and spacious with stunning views. We especially liked the small balcony where we could open the windows and get some fresh air. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed being able to enjoy it outside. The swimming pool, though small, was sufficient, and the small pool for kids was a great addition. There were also plenty of options to eat in the area within walking distance. we had a great experience with Mercure.

The spacious living area and convenient location made for a comfortable stopover during my travels. having the Dubai Creek SPB just 30 km away from the hotel was incredibly convenient for my next travel leg.

There were a couple of minor inconveniences during my stay. The housekeeping staff forgot to leave new towels a few times, which required me to specifically request them.

Despite minor issues, I enjoyed my stay at Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights. Breakfast was fantastic, staff were helpful, and the location near the metro station was convenient. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well. a comfortable stay with good Wi-Fi.

The pool deck on level 8 with a jacuzzi was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of meetings. Additionally, the property's fitness center, sauna, outdoor pool, and full-service spa further enhanced my already satisfying stay, allowing me to relax and rejuvenate during my limited free time.

The facility offers family and kids swimming pools, a jacuzzi, kids play area, and a good gym. The rooms/suites/apartments are comfortable, big, and clean. The hotel provides excellent value for money and has a big car parking facility.

I absolutely adored the elegant and cozy atmosphere of the hotel's lobby and common areas. It was a haven for weary seniors to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring Dubai. The accessibility for seniors was remarkable, with spacious hallways and comfortable seating areas, making it easy to move around and take a rest whenever needed.

I simply wish there were more handrails and grab bars in the bathroom to ensure the safety of fellow senior travelers.
