The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the center of town and close to many attractions. Despite road work outside, the hotel site itself is not affected. The rooms are luxurious and upscale, with very comfortable beds and nice linens. The staff is wonderful and always provides amazing service.

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing a top-notch American grade hotel experience in Morocco. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, making sure all of my needs were met. The restaurant served excellent meals, and the breakfast spread was great. The pool was a nice spot to relax and unwind. I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt and would definitely recommend it to others.

During my recent stay at the Hyatt Regency, the hotel staff provided excellent service from the moment we arrived. They took great care of our luggage and were always courteous and helpful. The huge rooms were clean and comfortable, with beds that were incredibly cozy. The cookies at the entrance were a delightful touch. Additionally, the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions, including the stunning view of the mosque. The on-site Cafe M served outstanding food, and the pool area was a nice spot to relax. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and perfect location.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Marwa, who greeted us by name with a smile, regardless of the time. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool area surrounded by lush trees and plants. The location was perfect, close to the medina and with convenient transportation options. The Regency Club team leader, Abderahim Houmiri, provided excellent service and made us feel like VIPs. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options. The staff, especially Mr. Seddik, who worked in the Executive Lounge, went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs as vegetarians. We truly appreciated their attentive and friendly service.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international.

Felt like being home, nothing to complain about.

Located in a bustling square, which can be noisy at night due to concerts. On the second night, there was a loud event downstairs playing music until 2am. The hotel is near the ocean and a short walk to the popular La Sqala restaurant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large pillows and a separate shower in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a variety of options.

The downstairs lounge and bar area allows smoking indoors, which can be unpleasant for non-smokers.

This hotel offered us a luxurious and comfortable stay with exclusive amenities. The spa and wellness center were a highlight with its steam room, sauna, and full body massage options. The sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool were perfect for relaxing after a busy day of exploring the city. The buffet breakfast was noteworthy with a variety of options including special diets. The location is advantageous, being within walking distance of the souk and Hassan II Mosque.

The only minor issue we faced was that the service in the restaurant was slow and untrained. However, this was overshadowed by the excellent service provided by the staff in all other areas of the hotel.

I got great value for my money at this hotel, with a spacious and clean room. The central location was convenient, and the staff treated me with friendliness and professionalism.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety or special dishes.

Best aspects of my Easter stay were the beautiful pool area and the great DJ music that created a lovely ambiance. The hotel's location was also a plus, with easy access to taxis for exploring the city. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service and helpful suggestions for places to visit. Additionally, the breakfast menu was small but modern, offering a great selection of high-quality food, including a fantastic Keto breakfast.

Worst aspect of my stay was the limited availability of the pool due to events happening on most days. Another downside was the layout of the rooms, particularly the small and cramped size of the toilets.

As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the excellent location of the hotel, close to top attractions and restaurants. The friendly staff and helpful concierge made our stay even better.

We had booked a 4x4 vehicle in advance for our adventurous driving tour of Morocco. However, the rental agency failed us. Luckily, concierge Yassine Bourou came to our rescue. He found us a 4x4 from a different agency that delivered it directly to the hotel. Yassine went above and beyond, translating for us during the rental process and even checking in on us to ensure our safe return. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic and the hotel's attention to cleanliness was impressive.

Totally recommend this hotel.
