We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the entire place smelling fresh and inviting. The hotel facilities were modern yet maintained a traditional vibe. The location was perfect, close to both the airport and the bustling markets, providing a mix of convenience and peace. The staff were exceptional, always attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The breakfast provided was delicious and generous in portions.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Ksar Kasbah. the luxury hotel had fantastic rooms, a beautiful pool area, and a lovely terrace. the staff, especially Hemou, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, within walking distance to the main square but far enough to avoid noise. the food at the hotel was also fantastic.

The Riad at Ksar Kasbah was a peaceful oasis with friendly staff and a beautiful atmosphere. The spacious rooms and breathtaking views from the rooftop made our stay even more enjoyable. The delicious lunch/dinner options and helpful recommendations made our experience unforgettable.

the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the manager and owner were also very pleasant to work with. the complex, although not completely finished, showed a lot of potential. the rooftop terrace was particularly phenomenal, providing a beautiful space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. the location was very central, making it convenient for exploring the area. the experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend Ksar Kasbah & Spa.

We had a fabulous Christmas stay at this hotel! The staff was amazing, always going out of their way to make our stay delightful. We loved the oasis-like atmosphere in the middle of the bustling city. The pool area and rooftop were both very comfortable and inviting. The food served was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the attention to detail from the housekeeping staff, who made sure our room was tidied multiple times a day.

The only downside we experienced was the loud morning call from the nearby speakers. It was quite disturbing to wake up to such a loud sound, especially at 6 am.

The Moroccan hospitality provided by the staff exceeded our expectations. The hotel had a modern yet traditional vibe, and everything was very clean and smelled amazing, thanks to the orange flower oil they sell. The staff, especially Zakaria, took excellent care of us and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The Riad's setting was perfect for dining on delicious food every night, and the rooftop terrace provided stunning views, especially during sunset. it was a fantastic and recommendable establishment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our New Year's stay at this hotel. The beautiful courtyard and the rooftop with the best views were definitely some of the best aspects. The tasty breakfast spread served every morning was a great way to start the day. the clean rooms and daily housekeeping were appreciated.

we opted for a private driver for short distances, not realizing the hefty cost associated with it. We would recommend using cheaper transportation options, such as petit taxis, to save money.

It's close to all the action but in a slightly quiet neighborhood. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the airport. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a lovely bathroom and all necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The view from the terrace was stunning, especially during the evening. The hotel also had a pool which was very tempting in the heat.

The hotel had some issues with the shower and taps in our bathroom. They were not in the best condition and didn't work very well.
