It is located in the old town, surrounded by charming and historic architecture. The rooms are always clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly quiet considering the bustling location. The staff is always helpful and the check-in/check-out process is smooth. The Piano Bar on the second floor provides a relaxing atmosphere for an evening meal or a quick bite.

The hotel is ideally located in a nice neighborhood, close to many tourist sites and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The Moroccan restaurant in the hotel offers delicious food and there are plenty of options for dining in the area. The rooms are well-appointed, with plates of cookies and bottled water upon arrival. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with fresh fruit and juices, omelets cooked to order, and a variety of pastries.

The electronic safe in one of the rooms didn't work properly, causing inconvenience for the guests.

We loved the superb room with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the gardens. The well-informed receptionist provided us with fascinating details about the history of the city, enriching our stay. The restaurant was superb, with friendly staff and a musician playing Moroccan music on an Ud.

I had a great time staying at La Tour Hassan Palace. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room had a beautiful view of the garden and pool. The Epicurien restaurant was a must-try with amazing service and beautiful presentation. The hotel's location was convenient and not far from the Medina and the river. The ambiance in the hallways was lovely, with a pleasant perfume scent.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

the Spa and wellness centre offered a wide range of indulgent treatments and the outdoor swimming pool was the perfect place to unwind. the garden area was peaceful and provided a tranquil escape from the bustling city. the restaurant served exquisite dishes and the in-room breakfast was a delightful way to start the day.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary fresh fruit and cookies provided in my hotel room. the location was also perfect, with nearby wine shops, grocery stores, and food stalls within walking distance. I loved the beautiful ambiance of the hotel, with an eye-catching lobby and grounds.

The rooms were a bit stuffy and I had some noise issues when my first room was located near the kitchen. the staff seemed a bit uninterested and lackluster with their customer service, making me feel less welcome.

The air conditioning in the room was not very effective, taking a while to kick in and only offering warm air. some of the staff, particularly the serviceman sent to the room, were dismissive and unpleasant.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The value for money was excellent, and my room, with a beautiful garden view, was spacious and quiet at night. The staff, especially Younis and Dalal, were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed and supported throughout my stay.

The breakfast option could be improved with better quality food.

We felt like VIPs with outstanding facilities, traditional Moroccan hospitality, and spacious, clean rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was marvelous. The staff, especially Fadwa, Safae, and Meriem, were professional and helpful. The girls in the buffet provided fantastic hospitality and service.

I recently stayed at a fabulous hotel in Rabat and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. The deluxe room I was upgraded to had a beautiful view of the garden and pool, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the hotel's wifi was excellent. But the real highlight for me was the breakfast - hands down the best I've ever had in all my travels.
