We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Shin Osaka station. The room, although small, was clean and functional. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the daily refresh of towels and toiletries was a nice touch. The laundry facility was also useful. The highlight of our stay was the free onsen, which was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. we were very satisfied with our experience at Apa Hotel Shin-Osaka Ekimae.

Well-furnished and compact rooms, efficiently utilizing space. Lovely hot bath facilities, including a semi-outdoor option. Conveniently located near Shin-Osaka station and several convenience stores and restaurants. Impressive blend of modernity and affordability.

the location was incredibly convenient, being right next to the train station. This made it easy to explore the city and also made it a breeze to catch my early morning train. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay, providing excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice touch of having free movies available on the big TV screen. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Felt amazing, no complaints at all!

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of Japanese dishes and delicious food for dinner was available at the hotel restaurant. The hotel's strategic location made it convenient to move around the city. the bed was comfortable enough to get some rest after a busy day of work.

The room was not cleaned properly as there was dust on top of the glass cabinet and TV stand, the table tops were not cleaned during housekeeping, and pillows were too hard. the air conditioner was quite loud, making it hard to get a proper sleep.
