I recently stayed at Hotel Les Saisons for 2 nights and then returned a week later for another 2 nights. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, with crisp sheets and a cozy bed. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. I appreciated being given a room on the first floor so I didn't have to wait for the elevator. The receptionist, Mrs. Amina Kouiss, was outstanding, with a permanent and sincere smile that showed her understanding of excellent customer service. The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive to my needs and requests. They even arranged a professional and safe airport transfer for me. everything exceeded my expectations.

The rooms at this hotel are spacious, clean, and well-furnished with everything we needed. The staff was extremely helpful, especially for those with physical handicaps. They spoke English and French fluently, making communication easy. The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of Casa Port railway station, the conference venue, and the Ancient Medina.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city close to the market, restaurants, and shops. I even walked to famous landmarks like Ricks Cafe and Hassan II Mosque in just 20-30 minutes. With a genius discount, I was able to book a spacious Junior Suite at no extra cost. The room had a sitting area, desk, and bedroom all in one. I also enjoyed the European buffet-style breakfast and the helpful doorman who assisted with luggage and called taxis. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy.

The location was perfect for exploring the city and it was close to the CTM bus stop, the marina, and the Souk. Our room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The shower had good water pressure, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast was good and the service was nice.
