Review of my recent stay at a hotel in Casablanca

Felt truly looked after, no complaints.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I had a great breakfast experience. The restaurant staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure that I enjoyed a sumptuous meal. One staff member in particular, Zakaris, provided exceptional service and made my dining experience memorable. The breakfast waiters were considerate and made sure to cater to my dietary needs, even providing gluten-free options. I also appreciated the extra effort they made by bringing the breakfast to my room. the breakfast at Oum Palace Hotel & Spa was delightful and made my stay more enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to others seeking a central location and a delicious breakfast experience.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the souq, masjid, and various shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Omar, Hassna, Yahya & Murad. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great amenities such as good water pressure and temperature control.

The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. We appreciated the complementary fruit basket and bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. The hotel is situated near the center of the city and within walking distance of the train station, making transportation easy. being able to take advantage of the hotel's spa services was a major plus.
