The value for money at this hotel was incredible. The room was beautifully furnished with a Moroccan touch and had a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Medina, and the staff treated us and our kids with exceptional kindness and warmth.

We had a wonderful stay at Palais Zahia Hotel & Spa. The breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh fruit, juices, and pastries. The dinner in the courtyard was a memorable experience with traditional Moroccan music playing in the background. Our room and bathroom were comfortable and well-appointed. The location within the medina was perfect, making it easy to explore. I highly recommend this hotel for a lovely stay in Tangier.

Over Easter, we had a great time in Morocco. the hotel had fantastic complementary breakfast and a lovely atmosphere. We also appreciated the tourist phone with helpful guides and maps that was provided. the hotel was also located in a bustling area with easy access to many activities.

We felt a bit unsafe outside the hotel at times and noticed a strange odor coming from the bathroom.

The staff at Palais Zahia Hotel & Spa were unbelievably helpful and had a "can-do" attitude. They went above and beyond to assist with local SIM cards and resolving issues with bus transport. The hotel's location in the old city is ideal for touring, and the rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was exceptional, some of the best we had during our stay in Morocco. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, creating a peaceful oasis from the hustle and bustle of life.
