The staff were extremely helpful and nice, especially the guy on night shift. They went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a great location near St. Mark's Square. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and we even got a special breakfast before our early departure.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel! The staff was excellent and welcoming. The location was great, with amazing views of the canal. Breakfast was delicious and the personal jetty was a memorable spot. Marco was the kindest person we've ever met.

Great location, just a few blocks away from the main attractions. the hotel has a lot of history, as it was built in the 1600s. One of the best aspects was the helpfulness of the staff. They were knowledgeable about dining and museum passes and went out of their way to assist.

Upon arrival, the receptionist was not friendly and didn't offer any amenities like coffee or tea. the room size was quite small, and the bathrooms were extremely tight.

The staff were really helpful & friendly. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast staff was amazing. the location was great, close to everything. We loved the fact that there was a little back entrance/exit onto the canal, where we could sit out and watch the gondolas go by.

The standard room was way too small, especially the bed took up most of the room. the bathroom was tiny and had a strong smell.

I recently had a lovely 2-night stay at this hotel in Venice. The location was perfect, situated right on the canal and within walking distance to all the main attractions.
