The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape, being right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore and experience all that the city had to offer. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were exceptional in their friendliness and efficiency, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.

There were a few aspects that were a bit disappointing. the WiFi was not working during our entire stay, which made it difficult to stay connected and plan our activities.

We had an incredible stay at a beautiful riad near the square. The room was spacious and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast served on the rooftop was delicious with a variety of fruits and breads. The staff, especially Jamal, were extremely helpful and welcoming, providing us with excellent tips and advice for our stay. we highly recommend this beautiful riad!

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the main square and souks. It was safe to go out at night and easy to find my way back. The staff was very friendly and helpful, organizing airport transfers and even surprises for special occasions. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a local touch and the whole riad had a cozy and quiet atmosphere. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a great way to start the day, with delicious food and a lovely ambiance.

The wifi connection in my room was poor, which was a bit inconvenient as I needed to stay connected for work. Additionally, the air quality outside the hotel was not great due to the high traffic of mopeds.

Didn't dislike anything.

The value for money was excellent and our room was clean and smelled amazing all the time. The location in the medina was perfect, close to everything yet on a quiet side street. The staff, especially Farah, Hanane , and Hanane , were incredibly helpful and kind. We highly recommend using the Hammam facilities and getting a massage, and then relaxing on the rooftop with a cup of tea.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by including wine options.

We stayed for a few nights and were delighted by the amazing location, just a short walk from Jamaa el Fna square. The riad itself was stunning, with beautiful decor that seamlessly blended traditional and modern styles. We were lucky enough to get the Royal Suite, which was absolutely huge and had an impressive ceiling. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the view from the glass doors was lovely. The staff were incredibly helpful, arranging for breakfast trays to be delivered to our room early one morning so we could eat before heading out on a tour. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was also a highlight, with stunning views to start the day. The water pressure in the bathroom was fantastic as well. a wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations!

Had an amazing experience during my new year stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square and all the attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing top tips and recommendations for things to do and see. The rooms were tastefully decorated and clean, and the rain head showers were a luxurious touch.

The breakfast options were limited and could have been more varied. Additionally, the bar/lounge was not as advertised, with only juice and water available.

I had an amazing stay at a cozy Riad just minutes away from the bustling square. The staff were warm and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The breakfast spread was fantastic and the spa and hammam facilities were a delightful treat. The junior suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. Although I must mention that the normal rooms are quite small. The transfer service provided by the Riad was efficient and made finding the place a breeze. The highlight of our stay was definitely the incredible massage, better than any we've had in a 5-star hotel. I had a great experience at the Riad Al Rimal and would highly recommend it.
