I loved the cozy atmosphere and the unique decor. the included happy hour with free snacks was a delightful touch! Just a heads up though, the room was quite small. I'd come back!

Had a fantastic experience with the staff who were super friendly and remembered my name right at check-in. The decor? Totally a design paradise! They even surprised us with a gin tasting, which was a nice touch and really got us in the holiday spirit.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, still acceptable for what we got.

My stay was just enchanting from start to finish! The cozy decor and unique aesthetics made each moment feel special, especially sipping delicious NZ wine in my adorable room with lovely teacups. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were quite disappointing, with only a limited selection of poorly prepared items. Overall, while the atmosphere had potential, the lack of attention to detail and service did not meet my expectations.

Had a great stay in a lovely room with a balcony and stunning mountain views. The room had a coffee machine, minibar, and the bath was stocked with nice toiletries. Enjoyed the hot tub, cozy lounge, and free snacks in the executive lounge. It was a truly relaxing retreat with fantastic amenities!

The Oasis Room was awesome! Super cozy with comfy beds and sweet little touches like tea cups and a mini espresso machine. I loved the decor, felt charming and well thought out. Only a minute to the shops, which was perfect. The happy hour with local wines was a fun way to unwind. Just could’ve used a bit more space, but overall, it felt like a little haven.
