The Dairy Private Hotel in Queenstown exceeded all expectations. Luxurious and artsy, with excellent breakfast and attentive staff. Comfy bed, great location with stunning views. Cozy library lounge and fireplace added to the charm. Variety of dining options nearby. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing Xmas at this hotel! the staff was so friendly and helpful, offering great travel tips and even snacks for our road trip. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main restaurants and attractions. the room was incredibly comfortable, and the homemade cookies on arrival were a delicious treat. the breakfast was top, notch, with cooked, to, order options that were absolutely superb. the hotel went above and beyond to create a lovely and relaxing guest experience.

There were a few things that could have been better. Upon arrival, the manager was not very welcoming and lacked warmth.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lounge area was lovely and the staff, especially Joseph, were exceptional hosts. The complementary drinks and snacks during happy hour were a great touch. The breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel was perfect. It was in the center of the city and within easy walking distance to restaurants and the walking path to the chair lift to the top of the mountain. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel very welcome.

They provided daily recommendations for activities and even suggested hiking up Ben Lomond Peak when the snow conditions weren't ideal for snowboarding. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious hotel in the center of town. The location was fantastic, as it was right next to the Gondola and close to all the main attractions. The room was beautifully decorated and clean, with a comfortable bed and quality amenities. The staff were welcoming and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The daily cooked breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it each morning. The only downside was that parking could be tight, but overall, our experience was delightful.

We got great value for our money at the Dairy. The room was stylish and charming, and the location couldn't have been better – right next to the Kiwi Birdlife Park and Gondola, and just a short walk to central Queenstown. The staff treated us like VIPs from check-in to check-out, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had the most amazing stay at a boutique hotel in Queenstown. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of wine by the cozy fire. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the comfortable bed to the spa pool with breathtaking views of the mountains. The complimentary daily cooked breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the gluten-free options. The hotel's location was perfect, close to great restaurants and with the added bonus of complimentary car parking. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were a couple of drawbacks. The noise from the spa pool directly under my room was quite loud, making it difficult to relax and watch TV.

Delicious breakfast, dairy-free option, warm host, well situated, free wifi, would stay again.
