Lack of honesty about the restaurant and bar services in the hotel description. No food or drinks were available during our stay, causing inconvenience especially with children.

the staff, including Hassan, Amine, and the lovely lady at reception, were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist. the location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the Medina and close to the main square. the pool was a delightful way to cool off from the heat, and the rooftop terrace offered stunning views. I will definitely recommend Riad Challa to others and choose to stay there again when I return to Marrakech.

We had such a wonderful stay at a beautiful Riad in the heart of the city. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. the staff at Riad Challa Hotel & Spa were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even moved the breakfast buffet to the lobby for me because I am a wheelchair user. the room was tastefully decorated in traditional Moroccan style and had all the modern amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the refreshing pool after exploring the bustling streets of the Medina. the staff also assisted us with printing, showing their prompt and efficient service. We are truly grateful for their hospitality and can't wait to return.

We loved staying here. The hotel's location was perfect, tucked away in a small quiet street right in the heart of the city. The staff was incredibly hospitable, arranging for a personal driver for us and offering lots of helpful advice. The amenities were fantastic, with a spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and sun terrace. The room itself was well-appointed, featuring an in-room safe, flat-screen TV, and complimentary toiletries. we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The location was perfect, as it was very close to the market and the souks inside the old city Medina. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities were top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.

This charming riad is perfectly located right next to the bustling center square. Its location on a narrow street allows for easy access to the nearby bazaar, providing a vibrant and cultural experience. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel secure and at home. The riad features a lovely pool area and a enchanting roof terrace, perfect for relaxing and taking in the atmosphere. With friendly and helpful staff, this riad offers a warm and inviting environment.

The hot water in the shower may be limited, but it does not detract from the overall pleasant stay at this riad.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. Check-in and out was quick and efficient. The location was central yet quiet. The rooms were clean and stylish. The hotel offered free wifi and had a 24-hour receptionist.

I'm a light sleeper and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the riad was. The peaceful atmosphere allowed for a good night's sleep.

During our Xmas stay, we were welcomed with hot drinks and sweet treats. the location was perfect, walking distance from the famous square, souks, and palaces. We also enjoyed the decadent Hammam treatment at the spa.

the entire floor and toilet got wet when having a shower because there was no shower cubicle or curtain. the breakfast service was disorganized, with the toaster not working, and there were never enough plates or cups when we wanted to eat.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the bustling main square and the beautiful Koutoubia Mosque. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, from the clean and spacious rooms to the relaxing pool and rooftop terrace. The continental breakfast was delicious, featuring a different specialty pastry each day. this hotel provided a great experience with its stellar staff, convenient location, and excellent amenities.
