The hotel's location is excellent. It is just off the main thoroughfare, making it easily accessible to the main alleys of the Medina, yet still quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spread out on three floors and are huge for two people. They are beautiful and equipped with everything we needed, including lovely Moroccan exfoliating soap in the bathrooms. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. They had a remote for the air conditioning, allowing us to tailor the temperature to our liking. Breakfast was good and homemade, and it was set up for us early each day.

The beds and pillows were a bit hard.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the vibrant city. It was close enough to the main square and all the attractions of the medina. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering advice on places to visit and arranging activities. The rooftop terrace provided stunning views of the city and the Atlas Mountains. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with helpful amenities like transportation arrangements and luggage service.

The breakfast options were limited and became repetitive after the first day.

What an amazing stay! the hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a short walk to all the main attractions. the rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable - we slept so well! the breakfast was absolutely delicious and had a great selection of local fruits and juices. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to provide recommendations for the best places to eat and visit in the city.

That our room was a bit small, especially for taller individuals. We also had some trouble with the lock on the door, which made us a little bit uneasy.
