We stayed at this hotel for our vacation and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet alley away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel had a spa and wellness center, which was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. we highly recommend this place to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel offered a warm welcome and excellent customer service during my business trip to the city. the rooms were spotlessly clean with beautiful decor and stunning views. the location of the hotel was fantastic, offering easy access to all the top attractions in the area. the breakfast was delicious, providing a much-needed boost in the mornings.

The hotel's location made it noisy at times, which could be a problem if you are sensitive to noise while trying to sleep. the streets leading to the hotel were not always clean, which was a bit unpleasant.

I recently stayed at Riad Assala for one night and was blown away by the level of service and care provided by the staff. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me with my needs, from offering airport pickup to helping me book a train ticket. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the Souks and other attractions, with everything within a few minutes' walk. The pool, though tucked away, offered a private and relaxing experience. I also loved the various rooftop areas, especially the one with a great view of the old city.
