We got excellent value for our money at the Holiday Inn Express in Cleveland Northwest. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff treated us wonderfully throughout our stay.

The food for breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, offering great restaurant recommendations. the breakfast buffet was well-prepared and presented, with delicious food that tasted better than other hotels in the chain. the hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, with dirty carpets and a dirty bathroom floor. There were also noise disturbances, with door banging noises waking us up early in the mornings.
