our romantic trip to marrakesh was made perfect thanks to riad babouchta & spa. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the traditional yet modern room exceeded our expectations. the central location allowed us to easily explore the city's sights and the delicious local food was a bonus.

breakfast options were limited

The staff at Riad Babouchta & Spa were incredibly polite and friendly, always ready to assist when needed. We were pleasantly surprised when they allowed us to have breakfast even after the time limit had passed. The location of the riad was perfect, right next to the souks, making it convenient for exploring the city. The riad itself was beautiful, clean, and peaceful, with a classy decor that gave it a relaxing vibe. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the room had air conditioning, which was much appreciated during the hot days. We also had a great experience with the hammam and massage services offered by the riad. our stay at Riad Babouchta & Spa was worth every penny, and we highly recommend it.

While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a few drawbacks. the evenings were quite cold, and it took a while for the heater to warm up the room, causing us to fall asleep before it got warm.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just steps away from Marrakech square, down a quiet alley in the heart of the Old city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with everything in great condition. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious.

The staff were very kind and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. The daily room service was perfect. The hammam and massage were wonderful. The riad had a nice rooftop and the food was amazing. The location was great for shopping and exploring the souks. Special thanks to Hussein for his assistance with taxis and recommendations for restaurants and bars.

Amazing Staff: The reception staff at this hotel were like superheroes, speaking multiple languages with ease. It was almost as if they were channeling their inner superheroes, effortlessly switching between Arabic, English, Spanish, and French.

Breakfast Issue: The breakfast was a bit underwhelming compared to our previous experiences in Morocco. It was as simple as a single piece of bread and coffee.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the amazing staff who were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The food at the hotel was absolutely incredible and surpassed any other restaurant we tried in the area. the property itself was well-maintained and inviting, with comfortable and clean rooms. The rooftop terrace was a great bonus, providing a perfect spot for relaxation, sunbathing, or even getting some work done.

One minor downside was noticing a slight smell of humidity upon entering the room, likely due to the spa adjacent to our room. However, it quickly dissipated and was no longer a nuisance.

the Riad Babouchta & Spa exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff was incredibly polite and professional, making me feel like a true friend. From the friendly and welcoming gentlemen at reception to the sweet and accommodating ladies in the kitchen, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing plenty of space for me and my family. the location was fantastic, just 15 minutes away from the airport and within close proximity to the famous square and other landmarks in Marrakesh. the traditional Moroccan breakfast served fresh every morning was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Riad Babouchta to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or stopover in Marrakesh.

The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, providing a rich breakfast every morning. The rooftop terrace is a hidden gem, perfect for enjoying the generous breakfast or sipping on the refreshing mint tea. The location is ideal, with the nearest taxi stop just a stone's throw away.

The spa could benefit from a quieter location for a more serene spa experience.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel like a true friend. The location was perfect, close to the bustling medina but peaceful and serene. The traditional design of the facilities transported me to a paradise in the heart of the old town. The rooftop area was my favorite spot to relax and enjoy the views. And let's not forget the food - the chef prepared the most delicious and authentic Moroccan meals. I miss this place already and can't wait to return!
